When to Order Dumpling Squishies for Christmas

Order by Sunday 20 December for delivery before Christmas. After that we can still ship your order, but we can no longer promise it arrives in time — and a gift card, sent by email, becomes the present that does.

Here is how the timing works, and what to do if you are reading this late.

How long an order takes

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your address and are shown at checkout. The parcel is tracked the whole way, and the tracking link arrives by email as soon as it ships.

The days that count are business days: weekends and public holidays do not move parcels, and the weeks before Christmas are the busiest of the year for every carrier. The earlier you order, the less any of that matters.

Dates worth knowing

• First half of November — the time to order an advent calendar, which has to be filled before December 1.
• Sunday 20 December — the last day to order for delivery before Christmas.
• After that — orders still ship as usual, but we cannot promise delivery before Christmas. Choose the gift card if it has to be under the tree.

If you are late: the gift card

Our gift card is delivered by email as a code, not posted, so it arrives the moment it is bought — on Christmas Eve if need be. The person receiving it chooses their own squishy, which for collectors is often the better present anyway.

Making a late present feel on time

• Print the product photo. A picture of the squishy that is on its way, folded into a card, turns "it's coming" into a present to open.
• Pair it with the gift card. A small amount on a card, plus a promise of the one they picked, covers both kinds of recipient.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, and it is free on orders over $85 — easy to reach when you are buying for more than one person. The exact cost always shows before you pay.

Questions we get

Can I still order after Sunday 20 December?

Yes. Orders keep shipping as normal; we just cannot promise delivery before Christmas. If it has to arrive in time, the gift card is instant.

Do you ship to regional & remote areas?

Yes. Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address, and our Shipping & Delivery page lists the options.

How do I track my order?

Use the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you ordered with an account, the tracking number is also in your order history.
