Description
Liberty Patriotic 4th July Dumpling Squishy is a slow-rise dumpling squishy measuring L = 8.5cm, H = 6cm. Squeeze it flat and it takes a few seconds to puff back into its bao shape — that delay is the product, and it is the one thing a photograph cannot show you.
How it feels
This is the band most people picture: roughly the size of a real bao, filling a hand, with enough foam that the rise takes a satisfying couple of seconds. If you are buying one squishy and cannot decide, buy this size.

Looking after it
Keep it out of direct sunlight; heat is what ends a slow-rise squishy, not squeezing it. Wipe it with a damp cloth rather than washing it — soaked foam does not come back.
